Senior Designer — GIA
GIA is the world's foremost authority in gemology education. The brand had to look and feel like it.
As Senior Designer, I had creative oversight across multiple specialized departments. The problem was silos — every team doing their own thing, pulling the brand in different directions. My job was to help unify that.
We moved away from one-off departmental requests and built a system-based approach. Consistent assets, consistent voice, consistent authority and the visuals let the gems be the hero — across every platform.
Bridging the gap between digital and physical, by developing a standardized toolkit of clean motion graphics and typographic frameworks, we made scientific data into shareable stories, designing high-impact, functional spaces for global trade shows.
