Founding Brand Architecture & Product Ecosystem
I was approached at the inception of Eat Made to lead the end-to-end creative direction, covering everything from brand identity and packaging to the digital UX/UI for web and mobile. The challenge was to build a cohesive visual language that could support a complex business model involving food-trend predictability, intricate distribution logistics, and personalized consumer data. I developed a holistic brand system that maintained a "human-centric" feel while it functioned as a tech-driven
food platform.
Designing for Scalability & Successful Exit
Over several years of iterative development, I engineered a scalable collateral system—including internal operations tools, external marketing, and custom iconography—that grew alongside the company. By focusing on a unified user experience across both digital and physical, I helped establish the brand equity and operational maturity that ultimately led to
its successful acquisition by Aramark.
