I came on at inception. The ask was end-to-end: brand identity, packaging, and full UX/UI across web and mobile.
The challenge wasn't just visual — Eat Made ran on food-trend prediction, complex distribution logistics, and personalized consumer data. It needed to feel human while functioning like a tech platform. That balance was the whole job.
I built a brand system that could hold all of it together. Over several years of iterative development, that system grew into a full collateral ecosystem — internal ops tools, external marketing, custom iconography. Everything unified, everything intentional.
The result?
A brand with the equity and operational maturity to attract a serious buyer. Eat Made was acquired by Aramark.
